MKM - Prima Santoku Olive
The renowned knife designer Jens Anso picks up the cooking spoon and drawing board to conjure up a full-bodied menu of the finest kitchen knives for gourmets with the MKM Prima series. The Santoku is a typical Japanese kitchen knife for preparing vegetables, fish, and meat. Due to its blade shape and versatile uses, the Santoku is considered the most well-known Japanese kitchen knife. In this version, the MKM Santoku is equipped with a sharp blade made of X50CrMoV15 with a hardness of 55-57 HRC. Typically Anso, the handle is made of olive wood, excluding usual conventions in favor of modern, angular lines.
