Haller - Water Sharpening Stone

This synthetic sharpening stone has an open-pore structure, as well as a homogeneous particle distribution, allowing for high sharpening performance. It is only to be used with water and is not exclusively suitable for Japanese chef's knives
Before use, the stone should soak in water for 150 to 15 minutes, and also be regularly moistened during grinding
