Cold Steel - SR1 Lite

The SR1 Lite may not be significantly lighter in terms of weight than the SR1 (Item No. 62L), but when it comes to budget, it will definitely be easier on your wallet!

It looks almost identical to its big brother, but it has handle scales made of Griv-Ex® (instead of G10) and a blade made of more affordable 8Cr13MoV steel. However, it has not lost any sharpness and is always ready for tough use or the next big adventure.

Stainless Steel 8Cr13MoV
8Cr13MoV has similar properties to AUS 8A and is a proven steel that is excellent for making working knives. In Cold Steel's® own tests, this high-carbon stainless steel has proven to be tough and corrosion-resistant. Like AUS 8A, it exhibits good edge retention and is also easy to resharpen.
