Shizu Hamono

Shizu Hamono is a knife forge from the tradition-rich sword city of Seki City in Japan. The team around the forge master Hisashi Horibe specializes in kitchen knives in both Japanese and European styles. Master Hisashi personally inspects every knife that leaves his workshop.
