Description
Viper - Sakura Bocote Carving Knife
The kitchen knife series Sakura is a joint project of Viper and the Danish knife makers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnæs. Made from nitrogen-alloyed Nitro B (58-59 HRC) and with three-dimensionally milled Bocote wood handle scales, the Sakura series is visually and haptically a treat. The elegant appearance is accentuated by the textured transition from the handle to the blade and the decorative screws of the handle scales, making the series stand out from the ordinary kitchen knives
The ham knife, also known as a carving knife, is best suited for precise cutting of meat and fish with its long and slender shape. Thin slices can be cut just as easily as cubes or evenly thick slices. The ham knife is slightly more flexible than other knives and glides perfectly through the meat
