The experience that LionSteel has gained with their groundbreaking monoblock knife handles of the SR and TiSpine, where the handle is made from a single piece of titanium or aluminum on state-of-the-art four-axis CNC milling machines, has been applied here to realize the new TM1 with backlock, made from a solid piece of micarta or carbon fiber. The backlock construction features a double spring and is equipped with the IKBS (ball bearing blade axis) for maximum operating comfort, ensuring an absolutely play-free and very smooth-running blade. The symmetrical controls and the reversible clip (tip-up, l/r) make the knife completely left-hand friendly. The Sleipner blade steel with its hardness of 60-61 HRC leaves nothing to be desired in terms of edge retention. Replaceable glass breaker with tungsten carbide insert. Handle made of carbon fiber. Satin-finished blade. Delivered with a cross-carry leather belt sheath.
