Description
Hultafors - Premium Felling Axe Qvarfot 0.85
This axe is ideal for smaller forestry tasks. The long handle increases the striking power, and the axe is also suitable for splitting, chopping, and working with wood. The axe head is hand-forged and made from carbon steel at the Hults Bruk forge. The forging tradition dates back to the year 1697. This axe is named after one of the families who have been blacksmiths at Hults Bruk for generations, the Qvarfots. For fatigue-free work, the curved handle is made from shock-resistant American hickory wood. Comes with a high-quality leather sheath.
Warning and Safety Information:
Cut Injuries: The most common hazard when using knives is the risk of cut injuries. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the Knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, leading to uncontrolled movements that may cause injuries.
Injuries from falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Dull knives: Dull knives pose a greater risk of injury because they require more force and can slip more easily. Therefore, knives should be regularly and properly sharpened.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks it is not intended for (e.g., as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade but also lead to accidents.
