Tony Lennartz is a true veteran of the survival scene and is certainly well-known to most of our customers. As early as the eighties, he designed the legendary and unparalleled classic "German Expedition Knife," which is produced by us at Böker in a revised version as well as two newer variants. Now, Tony Lennartz presents the Travelhawk Axe as a joint project with Condor, and we are particularly pleased to be able to present this in our catalog. As with all Lennartz designs, the Travelhawk combines experience with creative and unconventional craftsmanship. Inspired in form by both the Frankish "Franziska" and the small Viking axe "Skeggöx," the highlight of the axe is that the handle and head can be separated into two parts with a single movement. This makes the axe easy to transport, and the head can also be used separately as a knife for special tasks such as skinning game.
The axe comes with a sheath.
