Cold Steel - The Tanto - Warrior Series

A few years ago, Cold Steel® introduced a new line of high-quality Japanese swords under the name Emperor Series. The customer response was extremely positive, but the idea arose that there are also enthusiasts of Asian edged weapons who would like to acquire a battle-ready sword at a more affordable price.

The introduction of the Warrior Series was the logical response to this demand. Like the Emperor swords, the models of the Warrior collection are made from high-performance steel 1060. The hardening and sharpness of the blades are also identical. However, to reduce production costs, the elaborate high-gloss polishing was omitted, and a more practical finish was chosen. The Warrior collection is therefore the perfect choice for training and performing cutting tests (Tameshigiri) without damaging the blade.
