"Klötzli - Grosi Carver"

A kitchen knife or "Schnitzer" in Bernese German as in grandmother's time, handmade in the workshop of the Klötzli knife forge. The blade is made of non-stainless steel and specially thin ground. This means that the blade takes on color very quickly. This is normal and cannot be avoided.
The knife should be quickly dried after each use to avoid deep rust stains. Non-stainless steel gives the edge a unique "bite" as the steel always corrodes a little. This results in a typical sharpness
Clean the Klötzli Grosi Schnitzer with water, soap, and a soft sponge, and dry it immediately with a kitchen towel. Do not leave the carver in the water
