This kitchen knife series combines classic design with state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing processes. The blade made of stainless 1.4116 steel from Germany receives an extremely edge-retaining, corrosion- and abrasion-resistant cutting layer of powder metallurgical steel through laser steel overlay welding.
