Fudo - Sharpening Stone Grit 1000

This synthetic sharpening stone has an open-pore structure, as well as a homogeneous particle embedding, ensuring high sharpening performance. It is only to be used with water and is not exclusively suitable for Japanese chef's knives. Before use, the stone should soak in water for 150 to 15 minutes, and also be regularly moistened during grinding
Grains up to 3000000 are suitable for resharpening, higher grains from 3000 ensure a fine edge on the blade
