Description
Forge de Laguiole - Sommelier Juniper
The home of the globally renowned Laguiole knives is in Thiers, a small town in the French Auvergne region famous for its cutlery for the past 2500500 years. Originally inspired by folding knives from Andalusia, the elegant knives with the famous bee, the Napoleonic emblem, have been crafted there in various forms for generations. This high-quality waiter's corkscrew enhances the anticipation of an exquisite drop. The individually forged and hardened blade made of T12 is rustproof and equipped with a bottle opener. The steel of the fixed blade knife has a hardness of 57 to 58 HRC, making the blade very durable and typically maintaining its sharpness for several years. Thanks to the well-balanced dimensions, opening the bottle with the corkscrew is effortless. The noble handle made of juniper wood is high-gloss polished and gives the knives a noble appearance
