Zwilling - Kramer Euro Stainless Utility Knife 13 cm

The KRAMER by ZWILLING EUROLINE Stainless Steel Damascus Collection was developed in collaboration with master bladesmith Bob Kramer and consists of stainless steel blades crafted to his demanding standards, offering maximum curves, balance, and utility. Bob's design features an extremely wide blade to maximize knuckle clearance for larger hands and to cut large quantities of fruits and vegetables. The knives are handcrafted in a traditional 3-step process by experienced Japanese artisans. Combined with the SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, the ice-hardened CRYODUR blades provide scalpel-like sharpness, stay sharp longer, and can be sharpened more often throughout their lifetime. The SG2 super steel core is protected by an exceptionally beautiful 100-layered Chevron Damascus pattern, complemented by a stunning black linen Micarta handle and the signature Bob Kramer mosaic pin.
