Dry Cook's Measure is an invaluable kitchen tool. Simply fill the ingredients to the desired amount to work quickly and accurately without using a scale. The measure is calibrated in both metric and imperial units, allowing you to easily use your favorite cookbooks as well as recipes passed down from your mother or grandmother. It measures in ounces, grams, US and UK cups, and pints. The scale is also calibrated for liquid measurements and can be used to measure liquids for immediate use, but it is not waterproof. The Dry Cook's Measure is handcrafted in England, with the manufacturing method remaining unchanged since the 1950s.
