MKM - Prima Limited Edition Steak Gold & Black

The renowned knife designer Jens Anso picks up the cooking spoon and drawing board to conjure up a full-bodied menu of the finest kitchen knives for gourmets with the MKM Prima series. The steak knife is the first choice for perfectly cutting tender steak meat without tearing it. In this special version, the MKM Prima steak knife is equipped with a noble Takefu Damascus blade with 65 layers at a hardness of 61-63 HRC. Typical of Anso, the handle is made of gold-black FAT-Carbon, which excludes usual conventions in favor of modern, angular lines.
