Description
Miyabi - 4000 FC Nakiri 17 cm
Knives from the Miyabi 4000 FC series are ideal entry-level knives into the world of Japanese kitchen tools, which are perfect in function and ergonomics and absolutely unique in design. The particularly sharp blades of the knives are made from a single piece of FC61 steel. With a hardness of 61 Rockwell, the blade is not only extremely sharp but also particularly robust and durable. Unique is the octagonal handle, which is made of pakkawood with a natural look. The material ensures slip resistance when cutting. Elegant in the knife series is the stylish mosaic pin embedded in the handle. The series includes the Japanese knife types Gyutoh (for meat and large vegetables), Nakiri (for vegetables), Santoku (for meat, fish, and vegetables), Shotoh (for fruits and vegetables), and Sujihiki (for meat and fish) as well as a bread knife. Hand wash recommended.
