Hultafors - Hult Splitting Axe 1.5

The Hultafors axes are hand-forged and made from high-quality Swedish steel at the Hults Bruk forge in the Swedish province of Östergötland. The forging technique dates back to the year 1697.

The Hult is a solid axe suitable for heavy tasks such as splitting logs and wood pieces in general. The slightly convex shape of the head is perfect for splitting wood, while the long and straight handle enhances the movement. The axe is named after the area where Hults Bruk was founded. Like many Swedish place names, this one also describes the landscape of the region.
