Helle - Dele 800 12C27

The Dele is an outdoor knife designed and manufactured to meet the demands of outdoor cooking while maintaining an attractive appearance. The name Dele has a double meaning in Norwegian: It means both "to share" and "to use together".

The blade made of 12C27 steel has a shape that is a mix between a traditional European chef's knife and a Santoku. The ergonomic handle made of curly birch is inspired by the wide handles of Helle's traditional outdoor knives and provides a comfortable and secure grip. The knife comes with a leather sheath, but an additional one (Knife Cover 300800) can be purchased separately.
