It is very corrosion-resistant, holds its edge well, and is easy to sharpen. The handle is made of genuine Sambar stag horn, the guard and pommel are made of stainless steel. The latter is individually adapted to the structure of the deer horn. The sheath has reinforcements made of stainless steel at the main wear points and features a snap closure
