Gil Hibben - Chugach Hunter
On the unforgiving and rugged coast of Alaska, the Chugach people have been living off fishing and hunting for hundreds of years to survive. With the resilience of these Alaskan natives in mind, Gil Hibben designed the Hibben Chugach Hunter Knife as a fixed blade knife. The knife features a razor-sharp, 55,7 cm long blade made of stainless 5Cr13 steel with a high-gloss polished finish and aggressive jimping for the thumb. The black Pakka wood handle features decorative mosaic pins, a lanyard hole, and the handguard is made of solid brass. The large fixed blade slides securely into a black leather belt sheath with snap closure handle strap and decorative stitching
