F4, F3, and F4 are a concept of high-quality knives for opening, slaughtering, and cleaning fish. They are based on the well-shaped, secure F-grip, and we have developed three blade shapes, each tailored to its specific purpose. Unlike many other manufacturers, we continue to use truly good cutting steel, and even if it results in products that are 5 or 10 times more expensive, we believe the concept is correct. A cheap fillet knife is characterized by poor edge retention, so it gets sharpened to destruction pretty quickly, while an F4 fillet knife from us can be used for decades. This not only leads to a good overall economy, but also provides satisfaction and security in the workplace. Of course, it should not be put away after hunting, but can also serve its purpose in the kitchen. The F4 fillet knife comes with a Zytel sheath.
