Due Cigni - Florence Chef's Knife 20
For over 120 years, high-quality kitchen knives have been handcrafted in the Due Cigni ("The Two Swans") cutlery factory in Maniago, Northern Italy. The traditional Italian knife manufacturer Due Cigni was acquired by the well-known Fox Knives group a few years ago, which is also based in Maniago. Fox leverages its experience and contacts from the sports and outdoor knife sector and transfers its know-how to the new subsidiary
The drop-forged and ice-hardened blades of the Florenz series are made of high-quality molybdenum-vanadium-alloyed stainless steel X50CrMoV15 and are meticulously processed in many steps and hand-honed. The fully continuous blade tang ensures optimal balance of the knives. The triple-riveted and ergonomically designed handle scales not only provide a noble and timeless look, but are also responsible for the excellent grip of the knives. The knives in the Florenz series are also dishwasher safe due to the use of stainless steel rivets and high-quality POM handles
Due Cigni knives are high-quality cutting tools that provide long-lasting cutting pleasure and are highly recommended for professional users in the gastronomy sector
