The German Aviator Machete was developed in memory of all pilots who fought with honor and dignity, even though they were in the midst of a cruel war. Based on the events that took place in December 1943 between the US pilot Charlie Brown and the German pilot Franz Stigler. In memory of the day a German flying ace saluted a damaged US bomber and let it fly to safety instead of shooting it down
