Cold Steel - Talwar 5 1/2-Inch S35VN with Serrated Edge

This thin, lightweight pocket knife is the result of the collaboration between Lynn C. Thompson and Andrew Demko and offers incredible cutting power.

The Talwar features one of the widest blades available in its class. This 5 cm wide blade is forged from S35VN steel. It is beautifully flat-ground, has a continuously curved edge, and offers cutting performance never before seen in folding knives.

The textured, ergonomic pistol grip of the Talwar knife is made from premium G-10 and features strategically placed finger grooves that ensure comfort and safety. For additional security, each Talwar is equipped with Cold Steel's® Tri-Ad® locking mechanism, which has repeatedly proven to be the safest lock in the knife industry.

The Talwar also features Demko's revolutionary ambidextrous thumb plate. This allows you to smoothly open the knife with one hand, or quickly deploy it by catching the pocket seam when drawing it out.

CPM S35VN steel
This is an extraordinary American super steel. CPM S35VN is not only extremely tough and durable, but it can also be sharpened to a razor-sharp edge and maintains this sharpness for a long time. With its uniform microstructure, this very fine-grained powder steel offers consistent, good properties: durable, reliable, highly corrosion-resistant, tough, and hard even with thinly ground edges.
