Stainless Steel 4034SS
A stainless mid-range steel from Japan, whose higher chromium content ensures remarkable corrosion resistance. This steel is also relatively easy to sharpen and exhibits comparatively good wear resistance. It is often used for kitchen knives / cutlery or for smaller knives that offer generally good quality but are still offered at an affordable price.
