All models in this collection boast a razor-sharp, extremely durable edge, and some of the blades are equipped with a serrated edge specifically tailored to the intended tasks of the respective knives.
From 2016, the handles of the Kitchen Classics present themselves in a new design, providing an even more secure yet comfortable grip. They consist of a sturdy, durable core made of Zy-Ex™, covered by a softer, food-safe outer layer of Kray-Ex™ that you simply have to feel to understand the true meaning of slip resistance! Stainless Steel Knife 4116
The 4116er steel is a fine-grained, stainless knife steel. It is often used for pharmaceutical devices and high-quality kitchen knives. Its balanced carbon-chromium ratio provides both excellent rust protection and great strength. Very fine, extremely sharp edges can be sharpened. An excellent choice for outdoor/hunting knives and kitchen knives and utensils.
