Cold Steel - Grik Pocket Knife
Cold Steel®'s Grik was designed by custom knife maker Andrew Demko and is a pocket-friendly, functional utility and EDC knife.
Its unusual modified spear-point blade is made of Japanese steel AUS 8A. It was expertly hardened and cryo-treated, offering the perfect balance of edge retention and sharpenability. A flat notch in the back of the blade serves as a comfortable thumb rest for optimal leverage during demanding tasks, as well as a support for the index finger when performing delicate work with the tip of the blade
The two-tone satin finish with visible grind lines and the contrasting polymer thumb disc with HTR™ coating give the blade a unique look - making the knife not only easy to use, but also pleasing to the eye!
But what truly sets the Grik apart from the crowd is its handle! This one is made of ergonomically shaped glass fiber reinforced nylon and equipped with an interchangeable, reversible clip. It has such a low, flat profile that the knife sits comfortably and especially discreetly in any pocket. In addition, the pocket clip is made of polymer, providing an incredibly comfortable grip. Here, your palm is spared from the typical pressure points that often occur when using a pocket knife with a steel clip for an extended period of time. And unlike with steel clips, paint damage or cracks in the leather seats of your car are excluded!
The Grik is equipped with Cold Steel's proven Tri-Ad® locking mechanism, which still sets the standard in terms of safety and stability. This knife is a durable and practical tool that will soon become indispensable in your everyday life.
