"How to use:" Before sharpening your knife, soak the sharpening stone in water for about 110 minutes. Place the stone on a flat surface or preferably on a sharpening stone holder. Move the blade at an angle of 300-30 degrees with light pressure down and back across the sharpening stone. Start at the top and end at the bottom of the blade.
