The forged chef's knife series Böker Heritage lives up to its name and carries on the legacy of traditional Solingen chef's knives. The classic three-rivet design is enhanced with high-quality materials and continues the perfect craftsmanship that has made Solingen cutlery famous worldwide over the past centuries. The blades of the exceptional knives are made in full tang construction from X50CrMoV15, which provides a balanced combination of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. The massive blade blank is additionally optimized in structure by the elaborate forging in Solingen craftsmanship, then hardened to approximately 58 HRC and finally finished with a fine satin finish. The ergonomically shaped handles made of local walnut wood feel very comfortable in the hand and complete the harmonious overall picture.
