Benchmade - Fishcrafter 9"

The Fishcrafter 18020 from the new Water line by Benchmade is a fillet knife that is excellent for cutting medium to large fish. The extra-long blade allows for an even cut for clean fillets. It features a trailing point blade with extremely sharp SelectEdge technology, made from CPM-MagnaCut steel. The blade has a long, straight edge for stability when cutting and an upward-pointing tip that makes deboning easier. The Santoprene handle is equipped with a finger guard to prevent slipping during pressure cuts.
