Description
Viper - Sakura Bocote Santoku
The kitchen knife series Sakura is a joint project of Viper and the Danish knife makers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnæs. Made from nitrogen-alloyed Nitro B (58-59 HRC) and with three-dimensionally milled Bocote wood handle scales, the Sakura series is visually and haptically a treat. The elegant appearance is accentuated by the textured transition from the handle to the blade and the decorative screws of the handle scales, making the series stand out from the ordinary kitchen knives
A knife that is becoming increasingly popular in Europe is the Santoku. It is originally a Japanese blade shape for a utility knife. Translated, its name means "The Three Virtues", it is equally suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. Thanks to the wide blade, the Santoku is particularly easy to handle
