John Lee - Noh Katana
A katana with a beautiful, red high-gloss lacquer scabbard. The handle wrapping is also in red. The tsuba depicts scenes from the traditional Japanese Noh theater, which, although already in the 13. Century originated, still very popular today
- Blade in Shinogi-Zukuri style with groove (Bo-Hi), hand-forged from 1045 carbon steel
- The blade is sharp with an embedded Hamon line for a particularly authentic look
- Handle wrapping made of black cotton in the classic Hineri-Maki style
- Red, high-gloss lacquered scabbard (Cha Urumi style) made of wood, with the wood grain still visible
- With long handle, which is fixed in the grip with 2 bamboo pegs (Mekugi). The sword is therefore fully disassemblable
- No plastic is used, only high-quality, authentic materials are used
- The blade collar (Habaki) and spacers (Seppa) are made of brass
- The traditional handle wrapping is lined with genuine ray skin
- All decorative fittings (Tsuba, Fuchi, Menuki, Kashira) are made of metal
