Böker Plus - Takara Cocobolo -> Böker Plus - Takara Cocobolo
Kansei Matsuno is known for his extremely slim and lightweight designs, in which he combines Japanese style elements with modern construction methods and materials. With the Böker Plus Takara, the custom knife maker now presents a significantly more massive gentleman folder that nonetheless exhibits the same elegant design language. The size of the slightly curved knife is the perfect compromise between pocket-friendliness and versatility
The blade made of D2 steel features a fine longitudinal satin finish and offers a decorative element with filework on the back, which also serves as a thumb rest. It is ball bearing, opened with the front flipper typical of the Japanese designer's designs, and secured by a sturdy liner lock. The lightly contoured grips are made of fine cocobolo wood and sit on sturdy stainless steel plates. The continuous spacer is also made of stainless steel and forms an elegant contrast to the dark scales. A black leather lanyard and the three-dimensionally CNC-milled clip complete the equipment. With high-quality nylon case for storage
