Böker - Daily Knives AK1 Damascus
The Böker Daily Knives AK1, created in collaboration with the young knife maker Alex Kremer and Daily Customs, is a versatile small everyday knife that not only convinces completely as an EDC, but also enjoys cult status
The great success of the models with blade steel RWL-34 has prompted us to design a high-end version. If the manufacturer Fat Carbon had already surprised us repeatedly with composite patterns that we could not have imagined until then, the new material Fat Carbon Space-Coral Silver sets a completely new accent. The cross-section of the pattern is rotated by 90° and the uniform spacing of the fine lines is arranged in ingeniously organized chaos
This material highlight was just good enough for us to use it as handle scales for the blade and tang made of stainless damascus steel by Chad Nichols in the Boomerang pattern. This creates an attractive visual interplay of the materials, both of which also exhibit the best mechanical properties in their respective functions
The grip panels can be easily removed with the included Torx key, allowing the elaborately crafted lanyard loop at the end of the grip to be rotated when the grip panels are removed and optionally concealed in the grip
Delivery with high-quality black leather sheath, equipped with an integrated Ulticlip and can be easily attached to the pocket hem thanks to the locking spring clip. The Böker AK1 Damast can be effortlessly drawn, while the sheath is securely held in place by the Ulticlip. Handcrafted in the Böker Knife Manufactory Solingen
