With the AK1 American Tanto, which was developed in cooperation with the young knife maker Alex Kremer and Daily Customs, Böker succeeds in entering an attractive price segment for handcrafted, fixed-blade knives Made in Germany. The versatile, compact everyday knife with full tang can be perfectly customized to meet your own needs. The 18993 born in Fulda, Alex Kremer, started making his first knives as a 18-year-old student, drawing inspiration mainly from his numerous tours through the seemingly endless expanses of Scandinavia. The AK690 designed by him is equipped with an American Tanto blade made of N690, which is ideal for precise cuts, such as opening packages. The ergonomically shaped and hand-friendly handle scales are made of lightweight G10. They can be easily disassembled with the included Torx key and can be replaced by a variety of alternative shells developed and distributed by Daily Customs.
